OrthoLite, the performance insole manufacturer, signed a 2024 sponsorship agreement with the Oregon Track Club (OTC).

For over six decades, the Oregon Track Club (OTC), headquartered in Eugene, OR, has been a significant contributor to helping build Eugene/Springfield as Track Town USA. The non-profit organization is open to all ages and aims to “grow the legacy of Eugene’s historic track and field community.”

OrthoLite has been manufacturing and supplying OEM and open-cell foam insole technologies for 27 years for “over 550 of the world’s leading footwear brands.” As a vertically integrated U.S. company with global facilities, the company collaborates with brand partners to create and produce custom performance insoles.

While OrthoLite’s largest market is performance running, athletic and technical outdoor footwear, the brand “continues to grow brand partners in the fashion, luxury, workwear, safety, and casual lifestyle footwear categories,” reported Ortholite.

“The Oregon Track Club is an iconic group within the running community,” said Glenn Barrett, founder and CEO of OrthoLite. “We are honored to support OTC and the club’s efforts in propelling runners to reach their highest goals.”

“For over six decades, the Oregon Track Club has been a major contributor in helping build Eugene/Springfield as Track Town USA,” said Jane Regali, OTC administrator. “The Oregon Track Club’s motto, ‘It’s for Everyone,’ describes the community-based approach that delivers opportunities for all ages to embrace the sport of running and Track & Field.”

The OTC is volunteer-based and governed by an elected Board of Directors. The organization’s impact ranges from fitness to community service, youth activities, to Track & Field, and road racing.

OTC hosts the Prefontaine Classic Diamond League meet, the historic Butte to Butte, the Hayward Classic (Masters), the Summer All-comers meets, and sponsors the Eugene Marathon. Each year, the OTC provides several thousand dollars in Grassroots Grants throughout the community and stewards the Steve Prefontaine Memorial Trail. The Club has also been an integral partner with TrackTown USA and the U.S. Olympic Committee in bringing the U.S. Olympic Trials for Track & Field to Eugene, OR, six times in 45 years.
